The India Innovation Summit is the flagship national event of CII in Bangalore since 2005. The Summit provides an ideal platform for Indian Industry to study and understand the various flavours of innovation across all verticals of the Industry and drive the essential role of innovation in business success for the nation in the digital era. It is also a platform to engage and drive the innovation led growth strategies from India for global markets.

The 19th edition of CII India Innovation Summit 2023 with the theme “Impacting Global Agenda through Local Innovation” is scheduled for 17 – 19 August at Hotel Hilton Manyata Park Bengaluru. The Summit will focus on the Indian ecosystem for innovation excellence and with the discussions deliberating on India’s role in shaping global policies, scaling up research & development, talent, tools, technology & overall impact on globalization.

The Innovation Summit will focus on encouraging an innovation ecosystem and culture, to look beyond the present and discuss the future. The objective of the sessions will be to deliberate on creation an ecosystem for innovation superiority and quality in the following nine sectors.

Vibrant ecosystems are based on five pillars: universities, large companies, startups, policy makers and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Many states have been fostering growth and innovation through multi-stakeholder engagement models and creating benchmarking models. It is important to strengthen national research and development ecosystem, through better international cooperation.

Technological innovation is a key driver of economic development, a fundamental lever in fighting climate change, and a powerful enabler of social inclusion. The innovations and the pioneering initiatives of the states will be showcased over the three days along with the collaboration of the strategies to make India a competitive Global force.

Innoverge 2023 will showcase innovation and pioneering initiatives from across the country with Karnataka being a hub for innovation and research across several domains, contributing towards making India a competitive Global force. The Summit will feature Conference, Awards, Innovation showcase, Product launches, Hackathons and Institute Showcase.
